I just realized this morning that today, 2 years ago, we left for Ukraine for our first adoption! Boy were we a nervous wreck that day! Our flight left Atlanta around 5 or so, flew to Miami where we thought we were going to miss our flight. Turns out they cancelled the flight and we had to wait until the middle of the night to leave for Paris. We stayed in Paris 2 nights for a mini vacation, and then off to Ukraine!
I can't believe it has been almost 2 years since we have had Alyssa! But at the same time, I can't remember not having her in my life :)
